PEX Quick Connect 5-Port Manifold
Quick connect 5-port manifold for use with PEX, copper, CPVC, or Polybutylene (PB) kit. Full flow 1" CTS (rigid copper tube size) inlet/outlet with 5 full flow 1/2" CTS (rigid copper tube size) distribution ports. Inlet and outlet can be reduced from 1" to 3/4" or 1" to 1/2" by using a reducing adapter (included). Manifolds can be dead headed by leaving pre-installed end plug in place, or connected in series by using a 6" piece of 1" copper or CPVC (not included). Mounting kit allows manifold to be installed either vertically or horizontally at 90 deg. angles. Mounting brackets should be securely fastened to a stud or cross bar. All ports use the patented Watts Quick connect collet and o-ring guide design. Manifold should be located in an accessible area but can be concealed behind a finished wall if necessary. Kit includes: (1) 5-port unvalved Quick connect manifold, (1) 1" end plug, (3) 1/2" distribution port plugs - installed, 5 individual label plates for fast circuit identification, 1 preprinted label sheet with common circuit identification, 1 mounting kit, and (1) 1" x 3/4 CTS reducing adapter. |
