Do it Best Premium Fibered Aluminum Roof Coating
An asphalt based coating that will seal and waterproof a variety of roof and outside wall surfaces. It protects, insulates, decorates, and preserves built-up asphalt roofs, composition roofs, silos, metal roofs, and siding. Should not be used on coal tar base, dead level, or gravel roofs. Mechanically mix thoroughly before and during use. Apply to dry surface only. Apply with good quality soft bristle brush, long-napped roller, or commercial grade spray equipment. Apply liberally, brushing in 1 direction only. Do not overlap. Over-brushing will interfere with leafing action of aluminum. Applied at a rate of 1.5 gallon per 100 sq. ft. 2 lb. aluminum per gallon. Application rate may vary according to the type, age, and condition of the surface. Aluminum paste meets ASTM D-2824 Type 3. |
