ThoroSeal Foundation Coating
Waterproof cement-based coating for exterior below-grade concrete and masonry. Protects building interiors from dampness and moisture damage. Resistant to both positive and negative hydrostatic pressure. Breathable; allows interior moisture to escape without damaging coating. Locks deep into the pores and voids to become part of the wall when fully cured. Gray in color to blend into cement block and concrete walls. Resistant to mold and mildew. Apply with a push broom or 6" masonry brush. Can also be mixed with clean washed sand and trowel-applied as a superior waterproofing coating. Can be used above grade but not intended as a decorative finish coat. Comes in a dry powder form. Acryl 60, model No. T1669, can be added to the mixture to achieve peak product performance. Cleans up with soap and water immediately after use. Recommended for: Concrete, masonry, basement walls, foundation and retaining walls. Coverage: Base Coat: 225 sq. ft. at 1/16" dry-film thickness; Top Coat: 450 sq. ft. at 1/32" dry-film thickness. Coverage will vary depending on surface texture and porosity.
