True sloped sill helps prevent water from building up on the sill and leaking into the home. Dual weatherstripping virtually eliminates drafts. Block and tackle balance system offers smooth, reliable operation. Integral J-channel allows for neat, easy trimming of exterior siding to the window. A colonial brickmold design offers a traditional look. Low E3 glass is insulated with argon gas to reduce heat loss. Color matched cam action lock. 1/2" screen with charcoal fiberglass screening included. 6/6 pattern grilles are sealed within the glass for easy cleaning. U-factor is 0.30. Limited lifetime warranty.
