  Do it® Chicken Wing Marinade


2 sticks butter, melted
1 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
½ tsp. lemon pepper
2 tsp. hot sauce (to taste)
2 - 3 lbs. chicken wings

Mix all ingredients together. Rinse fresh chicken wings in cold water then add them to the marinade mixture. Refrigerate for at least four hours before grilling, stirring occasionally. Drain and discard marinade and place the chicken wings in a food storage bag. Safe handling tip: When packing your cooler, be sure to keep the chicken in a separate sealed bag to prevent it from cross contaminating other foods. Grill until well done and juices run clear. Serve hot with barbeque sauce, ranch dressing or hot sauce. Discard leftovers.
