Do-Ahead Do it® Burgers
2 lbs. ground chuck 1 tsp. salt ½ tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. parsley flakes 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash (or other grill seasoning) 1 egg, beaten (optional) 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce ½ cup dry bread crumbs 1 Tablespoon chopped garlic 1 small onion, chopped (about ¼ cup)
Hamburger patties can be made and frozen ahead of time, so you can enjoy some now - and some later before the big game! Combine the dry spices together and mix it well into the ground chuck. Add the beaten egg and Worcestershire sauce. Next, add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Divide into 8 to 10 equal portions to make patties. Freeze in individual sandwich bags for easy separation when frozen. It makes it easier to pack the cooler too! Be sure to take along the ketchup and your favorite fixin's to do them up right!
