Tom and Jen Stidham have a special approach to life that can’t help but bleed over into their business. Tom’s roots go way back as his grandfather, great grandfather an uncle and some aunts who were also builders in Columbus. Soon after high school Tom left the area for Florida and a job building high end homes on the ocean front. As a carpenter’s helper young Tom was being exposed to the puzzle of how a home goes together. Hands on experiences, observations of quality work and integrity have influenced Tom. 

Tom feels a good build includes a high degree of communication with vendors, tradesman, and his client. Photos are taken regularly, then sent to the future homeowners to circumvent questions and concerns.
