EggFEST Food Festival 2025

Join us August 1-2 for the 2025 EggFEST Food Festival - two days of competitions and tastings of all foods cooked on the Big Green Egg.

Cook Registration:

Cook registration for EggFEST Saturday took place on Monday, February 24 at 10:00 a.m. EST.  The first 40 registrations were confirmed. Others are being waitlisted.

People's Choice Competition:

A limited number of teams will be selected to compete in Friday's "People's Choice" competition.  Applications are still being taken.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 1, 2025: EggFEST Friday night's tickets are $30 in advance ($35 at the door) and allow you to see the "Chopped Competition and select the "People's Choice winner. Plus tons of food, drink and music.

NOTE: Free parking is available at Sojourn East Church, 2501 Rudy Lane, with free shuttles running every few minutes. Please do NOT park in our parking lot as those spaces are needed by adjoining businesses.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 2: EggFEST Saturday's tickets are $20 in advance ($25 at the door) and allow you to sample foods from dozens of Big Green Egg cooks.  You also can see the winners of the "Best Beef" and Best Pork competitions.

Big Green Egg Packages:

A limited number of large and extra large Big Green Eggs being used during the EggFEST Food Festival will be available for purchase at savings of hundreds of dollars. The Eggs will be used 1-2 days and will be available for pickup Sunday, August 3 or delivered for $60 in our service area.

What is the EggFEST Food Festival?

It's a two day fundraiser for two local food charities. Both days will feature competitions for the best foods all cooked on the Big Green Egg. Attendees will be able to sample mountains of food during this two day period. Other events are also being planned for these two days.

Friday's competitions include a "Chopped" contest featuring professional chefs who will be given surprise ingredients and 90 minutes to prepare an appetizer, entree and dessert on the Egg; a "People's Choice" competition where attendees will vote for their favorite teams

Saturday's EggFEST features 50+ teams cooking and competing for the "Best Beef" or "Best Pork" dishes. All teams will be making for attendees.

Saturday also features FREE Big Green Egg classes.
