2025 EggFEST Sponsorship

Crowd and tents at EggFest

Last year, companies and individuals throughout this community helped feed thousands of people in Louisville, thanks to their generous sponsorship of our annual Big Green EggFEST Food Festival. That event raised $40,112 for Kentucky Harvest and A Recipe to End Hunger. Over the past 15 years, nearly $400,000 has been raised to feed people.

This year’s EggFEST Food Festival is August 1-2 at Brownsboro Hardware & Paint, 4858 Brownsboro Road, and I am asking for your support in one of three ways:

  1. Become an EggFEST sponsor with a donation to the event;
  2. Donate directly to either or both charities (and you will be considered a sponsor); or
  3. Donate a silent auction item for the event.

What does your sponsorship mean to those charities? Dawne Gee, founder of A Recipe to End Hunger, states, “100 percent of these funds donated to ‘A Recipe to End Hunger’ will go right back into the community and into the bellies of those in need. We so appreciate how the community has embraced EggFEST to make a change for food insecure individuals in our neighborhoods who have no idea where their next meal will come from.”

Heather Stewart, executive director of Kentucky Harvest, adds, “Funds raised from events such as the EggFEST Food Festival help us keep our trucks on the road to rescue over 2.5 million pounds of food each year and feed over 250,000 people. With 1 in 7 adults and 1 in 5 children suffering from food insecurity in our community each day, food rescue is very important.”

Can we count on your support this year? CLICK HERE to review a packet of information with details and sponsorship levels.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to call my cell phone: 502-758-1555.

Thank you in advance for your consideration.

The 16th annual Big Green EggFEST Food Festival has grown into one of the area’s most cherished – and tasty –community events.

With a two-day attendance of more than 2,000 people, the EGGFest Food Festival is an excellent opportunity for you to get involved and gain exposure. All proceeds will be split between Dawne Gee’s (WAVE3) charity, “A Recipe to End Hunger” and “Kentucky Harvest.” Both organizations work in the community to feed the numerous underprivileged children and families in Kentucky. Over the years we have raised over $350,000 for our community.
