How to Use Gorilla Wood Glue

There are many benefits to using Gorilla Wood Glue. It has an exceptional bonding power for any wood to wood project. Even tropical woods are no match for Gorilla Wood Glue! It dries completely non-toxic too, so it's safe for food surfaces like a cutting board.

Gorilla Wood Glue has a very short dry time of just 20 minutes while clamped. It's easy to clean up with water while it's still wet. Gorilla Wood Glue dries the color of natural wood, and there's no foaming!

It was developed for superior holding power on wood projects, including hardwood, softwood, and wood composites.

Gorilla Glue Epoxy is both water and chemical-resistant, has a crystal-clear finish, and provides a high-impact resistance and strength to handle even the toughest projects. It sets in just five minutes and can be handled in 90. That means you're less than two hours away from a repair or build that will last a lifetime!

Gorilla clear mounting tape holds tight for a weatherproof bond with industrial strength. The flexible adhesive molds to surfaces for a permanent repair, build, or mount every time, so put away your tools because this is a DIY-without-power-tools kind of project!

How to Use Gorilla Construction Adhesive

Gorilla Construction Adhesive provides a heavy-duty bond that will not shrink. It's great for indoor and outdoor applications, and it's flexible to fill cracks and gaps. This all-purpose adhesive holds in 30 seconds, is 100% water-proof, low odor, paintable, and it's even VOC compliant.

1. Unscrew the nozzle, cut tip of the cartridge, replace nozzle and cut to your desired bead size. If using a cartridge, insert the Gorilla adhesive into cartridge gun and begin.

2. Apply adhesive to one surface using a zig-zag pattern or just inside the outer edge of your object. Be careful to keep your perimeter line thin, so it won't squeeze out once you put your material in place. When working on rough, uneven surfaces, use enough adhesive to fill gaps.

3. Make sure to put your material in place within 10 minutes for best adhesion. Hold in place for 20 - 30 seconds. NOTE: Heavier items may require temporary support. Use in conjunction with mechanical fasteners when hanging large mirrors.

4. Allow 24 hours to fully cure for most surfaces. If you're working with a non-porous surface, such as glass, plastic, or varnished wood you may need to allow for more drying time. Gorilla Construction Adhesive will work best in non-humid, mild temperatures.
