National Beer Day is April 7th

National Beer Day was established to celebrate the Cullen-Harrison Act, which went into effect on April 7, 1933. After President Franklin D. Roosevelt signed it, he reportedly said "I think this would be a good time for a beer." The Act ended the prohibition of beer sales, provided the beer was at most 3.2% alcohol.
