Shipping Information

What are My Delivery Options?

When you place your order, you will be given the option of having it shipped to your local Do it Best store or to your home address.

If placing a Ship to Address order, you will be given the option of regular or expedited delivery. Please note that some items are not able to shipped via Air, and therefore cannot go out expedited.


How Fast Do You Ship?

Generally, orders going Ship to Address will ship the same day if placed on a weekday before 12PM Eastern Time.

Orders going Ship-to-Store are loaded onto the store's inventory supply truck. Stores receive these trucks once or twice each week.


What if I Need Customer Service?

If there are any issues with your order, we will attempt to contact you by telephone and/or email as soon as possible.

Holidays

National holidays may interfere with the expected arrival date of your order. If timing is critical, please contact our Customer Service department to determine if we can get it to you on time.


What Will My Shipping Charges Be?

Ship-to-Store orders are FREE for the 48 continguous states. Orders going to a Do it Best store in Alaska or Hawaii may incur an additional charge at the store. Click here for details.

The cost for orders shipping to a home address will be calculated for you during checkout.


Where Do You Ship?

We ship throughout the United States, as well as the US Territories of  American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
