The Ooni Karu 12G reaches cooking temperatures in as little as 15 minutes, has a top temperature of 950 Deg F and cooks 12" pizza in just 60 seconds. Fill the Karu 12G's extra large fuel tray with wood or charcoal for a traditional wood-fired experience, or attach a gas burner (sold separately) for easy propane-fueled baking that use 36% less gas than previous models. This oven is perfect for beginners and experienced pizza-makers alike. And it's ultraportable, so you can enjoy the freedom to cook amazing pizza year-round in your garden or on your next adventure. *Please note: The Ooni Karu 12G is not compatible with wood pellets.
