    12 ,000 BTU cooling and 10,000 BTU (SACC BTUH - 6000) heating, 8.9 EER 115V portable unit. Will cool and heat a room approximately 450 to 550 square feet without any special wiring, move the unit from room to room as needed. Ideal wherever temporary cooling is needed or where a window A/C isn't an option. Built-in condensate disposal. 60-inch single hose for fast installation to effectively exhaust hot air to the outside, a window adapter for the exhaust hose comes with the unit, 3 fan speeds, remote control, auto-restart, self-diagnosis & auto protection, omni-directional casters, digital display, sleep mode, washable filter is easily accessible, 24-hour timer for better energy control.
