    Product overview

    This is a spring-loaded tilt latch made of white injected molded plastic. Dimensions are 2-9/16 in. length, 15/16 in. width, 15/16 in. offset, and mounting holes that are 1-3/8 In. on center. Typically used on single or double hung, aluminum or vinyl windows. Designed for use on sash panels designed to tilt in and down from the top. Each package contains 1 left-hand latch and 1 right-hand latch with fasteners included.
    • Constructed of vinyl housing and latch with steel spring
    • Steel spring comes in a corrosion resistant, zinc plated finish and the vinyl components come white in color
