SharkBite 50 Ft. Red PEX Coil Pipe. It is made for hot water use with 1/2 In. Quick Connect & Brass Pex Insert Fittings. This W Type B Burst Pex Pipe is rated 1,100 PSI at 73 Degrees Fahrenheit and 375 PSI at 180 Degrees Fahrenheit. It has more anti-oxidants and thermal stabilizers than Type A, making it suitable for chlorine ratings and recirculation systems. Do not use duct tape, pipe dope, threading compound, or mineral/linseed oil. Support pipe every 30 In. vertically and horizontally, protect when entering/exiting slabs or walls, and avoid kinking or exposing to sunlight. Minimum clearance to water heaters, boilers, wood-burning appliances is 18 In., recessed lights 12 In., and gas appliance vents 6 In. NSF-61 FDA, CSA/ASTM, UPC Listed/Approved. 25 Year Warranty Even When Used With Other Manufacturers ASTM SDR-9 Certified Fittings. Covers Materials, Labor & Is Not Pro-Rated.
