Tigre USA 1" Poly MPT Insert Adapter. It connects poly insert fittings to PE Polyethylene pipe with stainless steel clamps. It is for use with cold water only and should not be used with compressed air or gases. It should not be used in a dwelling. It is ASTM D-2609 listed and NSF 14 and 16 listed for potable water services. Poly insert adapters are used to adapt 1 inch FPT to polyethylene pipe in a straight line in cold water applications only. They can be used underground or above ground for pool and spa applications, water service, and agriculture uses. NSF approved.
