The Heavy Duty #8 Electric Meat Grinder Stainless Steel Knife is compatible with many #8 series products. The knife should be replaced when the flow slows or the meat is not coming through the plate as smoothly as it used to during grinding. For optimal performance, replace the plate(s), as well.
  • This stainless steel grinding knife is a replacement for the Weston #8 Pro and Butcher Series Commercial Grade Meat Grinder (08-0801, 08-0801-W, 09-0801-W, 10-0801-W).
  • Not compatible with other Weston #8 electric household meat grinders (33-0801-RT, 33-0201-RT, 33-0201-W, or 33-0101-W, 33-1201-W) nor the manual grinder (36-0801-W).
