Would have been the best stand i ever bought. But what the heck is with stop blocks that are not long enough to cut standard studs to length? Huge waste of money for a contractor

    Miter saw stand CL-S600

I bought the dewalt portable folding miter saw stand. I wasn't very pleased with it. I felt it was very unstable and didn't work to well , then I seen the channel lock CL-S600. i liked the design so I bought it. Took it home mounted my saw on it and it was very sturdy , easy to operate . I liked it so well I went and bought another one. The only stand I've seen that even compared to it they don't make it anymore. I'm giving this saw not just 5 stars but 10 stars , I'm very happy to have spent my money on this stand . its perfect for me.

    Awesome !!

Wow what a stand....very well built, strong, stable, easy adjustments, easily folds, moves around easily when folded, stands back up easily and quickly...what more can I say. BTW, Home Depot makes exact same stand (called TB 600 for Tough Built), theirs is orange but otherwise exact same stand. The Channel Lock version is blue and much less expensive thru Do It Best..... HD at $205 versus $139 for the Channel Lock thru Do It Best. Either one is worth over $200, but why spend the HD price ???!!!
