Textilene, a vinyl-coated woven polyester material, does not absorb ANY water; droplets simply bead up on it, and can be easily brushed or shaken right off. Textilene is therefore remarkably resistant to rot, mold, and mildew. In fact, it may just be the strongest outdoor fabric available, difficult to tear or puncture, and also remarkably colorfast.
