Sounds an alarm when problems arise or maintenance is needed. User friendly control panel pin points solutions for easy maintenance. Pumps continuously for over 7.5 hours with The Basement Watchdog 7.5 hour standby battery, model No. 30HDC1405 (not included). Runs intermittently for days. Runs off of battery power only. Has a manual test button to test the pump. Computerized charger maintains the battery charge level and recharges it after use. Warning lights and alarms indicate when: The battery needs water, the pump is activated, the battery terminals need cleaning, the battery needs to be replaced. Alarm can be silenced for 24 hours. Fits in small or narrow pits. |
