Our Process

Quality custom millwork starts with quality lumber. We source FAS hardwood lumber from trusted North American suppliers, then carefully surface, rip, profile, and finish each piece at our mill.

By combining generations of woodworking experience with modern millwork technology, we create custom mouldings, cabinetry, and architectural woodwork built for lasting performance and beauty.

Milling & CNC Services

Our custom hardwood milling services include ripping, planing, sanding, and re-sawing. We also offer raw lumber in red oak, soft maple, and poplar.

For specialty projects, our small-batch CNC manufacturing capabilities include custom components, pattern cuts, arched entryways, and other specialty wood products.

Primed finger-jointed mouldings are also available on a per-project basis for commercial applications.
