SDR 21 belled end cold water pipe is for pressure systems where the temperature will not exceed 140 F. They are highly resilient, with high tensile and high impact strength. All are inert to attack by many chemicals and can withstand high pressure for long periods. Do not use plastic pipe and fittings for compressed air systems. Rated at 200 psi.
- Conforms to standards: ASTM D 1784, ASTM D 1785, ASTM D 2241, and NSF 14 and 61
- Intended for pressure use
- SDR 21 white pipe with red print that is used in potable water applications only
- Maximum working temperature: 140 F
- SDR 21 is highly durable, with high tensile and impact strength
- SDR 21 pipe is used in irrigation, underground sprinkler systems, swimming pools, outdoor applications and cold water supply lines
- Requires no special tools for cutting and to be installed with solvent cement
