    The 12,000 BTU (British Thermal Unit) window air conditioner with electric heater provides cooling or heating and uses environmentally-friendly refrigerant. The unit features electronic controls, full function remote, 3-speed fan control, full range air direction control, slide out chassis. Also includes 24 hour On/Off timer, energy saver mode, dry mode, sleep mode, and auto restart. The 8500 BTU electric heater is designed for supplemental heat only. Thermostat controls the heating element On and Off. Cools up to 550 square feet. Unit dimensions: 22-3/4 In. W. x 16-1/4 In. H. x 23 In. D. 1-year over the counter warranty.
