Electronic voltage tester for checking, verifying, or troubleshooting common residential electrical wiring in outlets, light fixtures, doorbells, and more. Tests AC voltages from 24-volt to 240-volt at 4 useful levels. Tests DC voltages from 32-volt to 330-volt at 4 levels. Built to withstand a 9.9-foot drop. Bright LEDs (light emitting diode) illuminate to indicate voltage level detected. Built-in test lead holders on back of tester hold the leads in one of the two positions - one so they are spaced correctly to test tamper resistant US-style outlets and the other for convenient storage of the test leads. Batteries are not required as the tester is powered by the applied voltage. Safety Rating: CATIII 350V, Class 2, Double Insulation.
