Drying time could be longer if using a lambswool applicator due to thicker coat. Can be applied over Minwax wood finish or gel stain. The result is a beautiful, durable, even sheen across the floor. Covers approximately 400 to 450 sq. ft. per gallon depending on porosity of surface. Clean up with mineral spirits. VOC compliant in some areas.
