Rust-Oleum Moisture Stop penetrates into concrete and reacts with the free calcium and water to form a gel in cracks, pores, and capillaries to protect against the ingress of water and contaminants. This allows surfaces that were previously uncoatable due to moisture, to be coated. Strengthens and seals from the inside out. Dries to touch in 45 minutes. For use with all concrete coatings. Soap and water clean-up.
