Zinsser WaterTite Etch and Cleaner is a sulfamic acid-based cleaning and etching solution suitable for removing efflorescence (white powdery salt-like deposits caused by moisture) and excess mortar build-up on concrete, stone, brick, tile and galvanized metal when mixed with water.
