Mounting screws and short chain with 3 foot braided cord and bell included. Lampholder rated 250-watt/125-volt. Outlet rated 15-amp/125-volt. 4-1/2 inch outside diameter. Fits 3-1/4 inch or 4 inch outlet box. UL (Underwriter's Laboratories) listed.
