Pickle Packer has been specifically designed for small-batch fermentation of vegetables in both regular-mouth and wide-mouth mason jars. 10 In. tall, 2.5 In. at the wide end and 2 In. at the opposite end allows both ends to be used for packing vegetables for ferments. Flat ends are intended for pounding vegetables to break down their cell walls. All natural untreated Acacia wood is finished with a food-safe mineral oil to seal and protect.
