On Main Street in Clymer Since 1867

The Hardware has been a fixture on Main Street, in the town of Clymer, dating back to 1867. At that time, our great, great, grandfather, W.D. Gallup, owned the store and sold stoves, hardware items, groceries, boots, shoes, and glassware. In 1873, our great grandfather, James D. Gallup, joined his father. After some years, he and his brother took over the business. Many people over the past 130+ years have kept a store in town. Now as the 5th generation in our family, we are excited to be back in the hardware business as Clymer Hardware & Home Center!
