Shipping is FREE when you purchase online and ship-to our store! Just choose ship-to-store when checking out and make sure to choose your Crafty Beaver location. We have many product categories with close to over 67,000 products to select from. If it is not in our store, it’s in our warehouse.
Need it sooner than later? Stop over to visit or call us and let’s look to see if we can pull some strings and get it ordered. We can have the product on our next shipment to the store and deliveries usually arrive within a week or less. With so many shipping options to pick from, our associates can guide you into which shipping option is best for you. Begin by shopping online!
Curbside Pickup
How it works
- Shop your favorite products online! Choose from over 67,000 items in-stock.
- Tell us where & we’ll tell you when! Select FREE ship-to-store delivery to your local Crafty Beaver location and we’ll let you know what your estimated pickup day is. Due to high demand, orders take 1 week on average.
- Place your order and we’ll let you know when it arrives at the chosen Crafty Beaver location via email. Pull up curbside or come inside! Head on over to the Crafty Beaver location to pick up your order. You have the option to walk in and pickup your items or call the store’s mainline to request curbside pickup. When calling be prepared to let us know your order number and a description of your vehicle. This is to verify who you are and where you are.
- Get your order contact free! By calling and requesting contact free curbside pickup our friendly associates will load your order in your vehicle with limited interaction. This way you can help to protect yourself and others in our community.
Special Orders
With Crafty Beaver having a special order program, you can shop our entire and almost endless collection of goods online. Departments include: hardware, tools, lighting, outdoor living, paint and more. There are so many more products available for your convenience through special order that may not be furnished in our Chicago and Skokie store. Don’t see the item you want in the store while shopping? Visit our service department and ask them.
We will happily search for it in our system and see how quick we can get the item in for you. Shipping times on special orders could fluctuate depending on the manufacturer or product. When your special order arrives, a service employee will contact you to let you know that it has reached us for delivery or pickup. The best thing is that shipping is FREE to our store. You may also have the items shipped straight to your house or business (shipping rates may apply).
