Stringham Lumber was founded in 1946 by brothers Henry and Ralph Stringham. What started as a small operation supplying mining timbers during the Great Depression steadily grew into a full-service lumber and supply company. Today, we are proud to be a Special Order Systems (SOS) company, guided by our core values of being Fast, Friendly, Flexible, and great at Following Up, and specializing in getting customers exactly what they need, when they need it. After Ralph’s passing, Henry carried the business forward, eventually passing it on to his grandsons, Dave and Tom Stringham.
Over the decades, we have expanded to serve contractors, industrial clients, and a wide range of custom project needs. Today, our product line includes premium decking, molding, doors, and building supplies that are trusted by professional builders and remodelers across the region.
