Genie 3/4 HPc (horsepower comparable) chain drive 24V (volt) DC (direct current) motor is lightweight for easier installation with the ability to provide power to operate residential sectional garage doors up to 7 Ft. in height and 500 lbs in weight. Designed specifically for 7 ft. garage doors - extension kit required for 8 ft. (EKTC, SKU 100454) door. Operator has a 2 light system, 60 watts, that improves lighting in the garage, putting light where it's most needed. Limited lifetime warranty on motor, 15 year chain warranty, and 5 year parts warranty. Includes 1, 3-button pre-programmed remote, wireless keypad, multi-function wall console, and Safe-T-Beams. The Durable chain drive is equipped with a precision machined motor and gearbox that are greased and factory sealed from the environment for long lasting, reliable performance. SmartSet push button programming makes installation and set-up fast and easy with the simple push of a button.
