Fiber reinforced for maximum strength. Latexite Optimum PRO is a no-stir product making it easy to apply. Nonskid formula with FASS-DRI . Low VOC formula. Easy soap and water clean-up. Optimum is recommended for all condition driveways but works especially well on driveways that have been sealed many times before. The titanium additive helps create a strong bond between the old and new coat. Optimum also contains FASS DRI , which allows the sealer to dry in as little as 60 minutes on a nice day. Coverage: Smooth and previously sealed driveways will average 400 to 500 sq. ft. per pail. Rough and unsealed surfaces will average 300 to 400 sq. ft. per pail. 8 year warranty.
