Henry 650R Releasable is a premium pressure-sensitive adhesive with releasable bonding properties that firmly adhere the floor yet enable easy removal of the flooring at any time with no damage to the subfloor. Henry 650R Releasable is ideal for reducing the remodel workload in rental units, condominiums, or other spaces which undergo frequent replacement of the floor covering. An excellent alternative to loose-lay installation when flooring manufacturer guidelines permit adhesive use. Bonds to concrete, cementitious underlayments, suspended APA grade underlayment plywood, radiant heat subfloors where temperatures do not exceed 85 degrees, terrazzo, and fully adhered, noncushion-backed resilient on all grade levels. Can also be used over properly primed gypsum underlayments above grade only. Solvent-free, nonflammable, plasticizer migration-resistant. Tool recommendations: U-notch trowel (1/32" D. x 1/16" W. x 1/32" A.) and short nap roller (3/16" to 3/8"). Wet residue can be removed with a clean white cloth dampened with soapy water. Mineral spirits will remove dried adhesive residue.
