7 In. x 48 In. x 5 mm luxury vinyl flooring is 100% waterproof with a highly durable 20 mil UV (ultraviolet) ultra-resistant coating (URC) wear layer that resists scratches and scuffing. Dimensionally stable core minimizes expansion and contraction. Hypoallergenic, mildew resistant, fade resistant, chip resistant, UV resistant, fire resistant, sound absorbent, slip resistant. No fasteners needed. Installation options include loose laying all planks (which hold each other in place) or using double-sided tape or adhesive on planks around the perimeter of the room. Some commercial applications could require full-spread adhesive on all planks. Can be installed over almost any solid surface including tile, wood, and other laminate flooring with very little subfloor preparation. 10 pieces per box, 23.3 Sq. Ft./box.
