The Eastman gas log connector kit is designed to connect most major brands of gas log kits to a shut-off valve. The connector is certified for use with most gas logs with gas ratings up to 85,000 BTUs. A black epoxy coating is used to make it easier to hide the gas connector in places where it may be visible such as a fireplace or gas space heater. The Black Epoxy Coating provides extra protection from corrosion, chemical stains from common household products, and UV rays and is approved for indoor/outdoor use. This kit includes (1) 24 In. 1/2 In. OD epoxy-coated gas connector, (1) 3/8 In. MIP (Tapped 1/4 In. FIP) fitting, (1) 1/2 In. MIP (Tapped 3/8 In. FIP) fitting, (1) 1/2 IN.
