Scotts Turf Builder LawnSoil top soil plus fertilizer. Helps improve grass seed germination by providing seed, sod, and grass plugs with essential nutrients and rich ingredients. This product grows grass up to 50% thicker compared to native top soil (when applied at the 1-inch application rate). Not to mention, the included wetting agent contains properties that enable more efficient use of water, thus helping to protect your newly seeded lawn against the stresses of hot and dry conditions. Great for seed, sod, and grass plugs, and can be used for lawn repair or overseeding. Should only be used on lawns.
