GARDZ is a clear, water-based sealer that penetrates and seals torn drywall facing paper (common after removing wallcoverings), restoring drywall to a secure and sound surface. It eliminates paper bubbles, seals in skin coat and spackling, and protects new drywall. It replaces the need for oil-base primer/sealers used to repair damaged drywall. Low-odor. Easy-to-apply, high spread rate, fast drying.
- Recommend for sealing problem porous surfaces such as bare or damaged drywall, plaster, cement and cementitious coatings
- Suitable for application to interior walls, ceilings, and related surfaces
- Adheres to and seals old wallpaper paste and adhesive residue
- Milky blue-white color helps to determine where it has been applied, but dries water clear
- Penetrates and seals damaged facing paper
- Seals textured walls and popcorn ceilings
