Rust-Oleum 310 Roof and Foundation Coating fills surface pores, bridge hairline cracks, protects and seals against moisture penetration. Stops water from entering building. Restore exterior walls. Product can be applied to vertical or horizontal surfaces to seal roofs and foundation walls. Apply to damp or green concrete, above or below ground, and backfill in 2 hours. Rain resistant 2 hours after applying. Apply as a thin base coat for use with Rust-Oleum Fibered Black Roof Coating and other black roof coatings for superior durability. Spray grade. 24 hour fully cured. 3 year shelf life.
