Formulated for waterproofing all interior, exterior, above or below grade masonry walls, cinder and concrete blocks, stucco, brick, retaining walls, basements, swimming pools, bird baths, fish ponds, and foundations. Stops water under pressure up to 10 P.S.I. per sq. in. That's greater than a column of water 22' high. Chalky (efflorescence) deposits must be removed by etching the surface. Alkali-resistant and may be applied on slightly damp surfaces below ground, but best results are obtained on dry surfaces. Low odor formulation is VOC/VOS compliant and cleans up with soap and water. Applies easily with brush or roller. Covers approximately 75 to 125 sq. ft. per gallon. Latex based Drylok is backed by a 10 year manufacturer warranty.
