Zinsser WaterTite Professional Bright White Mold and Mildew-Proof Waterproofing Paint creates a smooth, impermeable barrier to water on cement, masonry, concrete block walls and basement floor slab surfaces. Delivers an ultra-smooth, non-gritty finish that resists 34 PSI of water pressure. Ideal for interior/exterior surfaces. Formulated with Portland Cement. Can be applied to wet or dry surfaces.
