Use as a base to cover any unwanted imperfections on the surface before painting. In two coats, BOSS tackles tough set in stains incuding permanent marker, water stains, and much more. Stops bleed thru. BOSS even masks smoke odors and nicotine smells. Works on many different surfaces including wood, plastic, and more. Clean first with White Lightning and then apply BOSS. Allow to dry approximately one hour. Apply a second coat of BOSS and allow to dry for 24 hours before painting.
