The SAVAGE Combination Square head is machined out of solid aerospace aluminum. The handle holds a hardened removable scribe for marking surfaces. The blade is made from stainless steel with chemically etched gradations accurate to within .001 in. This innovative Savage tool was the first of its kind to incorporate a block vial to improve accuracy and durability. Uses include gauging depth, scribing lines for ripping material, mitering, and drawing notches. The Combination Square is a multi-functional classic square that's crucial for every carpenter.
