Rome's cast iron double burger cooker features a hinged cavity that you fill with two burgers, crab cakes, salmon patties, veggie burgers, and more. It works similar to a Rome Pie Iron. After loading the cooker, place the cooker on top of a grill grate or simply hold it over the fire. Each cavity can hold approximately 1/3-pound burger. 28-inch overall length. 4 In. x 8 In. cast iron cooking surface. Chrome-plated steel rod and wood handles.
