Steve Lancaster, Store Manager

Steve brings more than 20 years of leadership experience to his role as Store Manager at Sunpro Springville. With a background in sales, marketing, and real estate development, he’s led teams, grown businesses, and launched successful initiatives across multiple industries. At Sunpro, Steve focuses on creating a great customer experience, building strong teams, and driving operational success. Known for his high energy and people-first leadership style, he’s passionate about helping both employees and the Springville community thrive.

Jennalee Long, Retail Operations Manager

Jennalee has been part of the Sunpro Springville team for nearly 30 years. She started as a cashier and steadily worked her way up to her current role as Retail Operations Manager. Today, she oversees scheduling, inventory control, training, and daily store operations—all while mentoring the next generation of leaders. Known for her experience and commitment, Jennalee has helped guide multiple general managers and continues to play a vital role in the store’s success. She plans to continue supporting Sunpro until her well-earned retirement in a few years.

Maddy Hatfield, Purchasing & Merchandising

Maddy started at Sunpro as a cashier when she was just 16 and now serves as the Retail Supervisor with a focus on purchasing and merchandising. A Springville native, Maddy has worked nearly every role in the store, including floor associate and floor lead, giving her a deep understanding of both customer needs and store operations. She’s also gained valuable experience from working in other hardware stores and is proud to be part of a team that serves the community she grew up in. Maddy looks forward to continuing her growth with Sunpro.

Easton Lancaster, Rental & Building Materials

Easton oversees the rental department and lumber yard at Sunpro Springville, making sure customers have the tools and materials they need—when they need them. From mid-size construction equipment to concrete, framing lumber, and more, he helps keep both residential and commercial projects running smoothly. Easton is known for his strong work ethic, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills. Whether you’re picking up materials or renting equipment, he’s a go-to resource for contractors and homeowners alike.

Brian Goodnight, Construction Project Manager

Brian has been part of Sunpro since 1991 when he began working at the Springville location—then called Utah Service—as a lumber yard driver. Over the years, he’s held many roles, including retail manager, dispatcher, and now Construction Project Manager. His experience spans multiple locations and departments, and he currently supports building material sales, product ordering, and project coordination. A longtime Spanish Fork resident, Brian enjoys fishing, yard work, and spending time with his wife, three sons, and granddaughters. He’s proud to continue serving the community he’s called home for decades.
