Curbside Pickup at Tropical Hardware

To help serve you better and keep you safe we are now offering Curbside Pickup!

It’s Easy

1.  Call the store @ 239-334-4979 and let us know what you need

2.  Provide payment over the phone

3.  Please come within 24 hours to pick up your items

4.  When you arrive at the store – park in front and then give us a call and let us know you are here (we may ask for your make and model of vehicle).

5.  Open your trunk or make sure your vehicle is unlocked

6.  We will bring out your product and you will continue on with your day!

Ordering online?  You can use curbside pick up, too!

1.  Place your order online and select our FREE Ship to Store shipping option.

2.  Once your arrives at our store, we will notify you via email that it is ready.  When you are ready to pick it up, call the store and let us know.

3. When you arrive, call the store number again to let us know you have arrived.  We will bring you your order and you will continue on with your day!  Just make sure you pop your trunk or your vehicle is unlocked.

Items to be paid for prior to pick up, pick up required within 24 hrs of order, unless otherwise arranged.  Items not pick up after 1 week will be considered abandoned and will be restocked into the store with no refund.
