Vegetables At Jenks Rooftop Garden Center

Try out your green thumb in an edible way. We've got the classics: tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers etc. We also have less common veggies like edamame, artichoke and rhubarb. Growing your own vegetables is fun and easy, even if you have a small space. Grab some lettuce, kale, or beet seeds while you're here!

All veggies prefer to be planted in full sun, meaning 6 or more hours of direct sunlight. If you don't quite get enough sunlight, you can always plant your veggies anyway with a lowered expectation of harvest OR try growing leafy greens if you've got a shady spot.
