The duties of the Front-End Associate position are to be performed by demonstrating and encouraging 1610 Hardware's core values to achieve our vision of being Hardware Different, the best place to work and the best place to shop. 

The Front-end Associate participates in the operation of the entire store. Responsible for supporting and participating in complete day-to-day operation of the store, acts quickly, makes sound decisions, self starting sees what needs to be done and acts upon, communicates openly and honestly with all. 

Working with the store management team to drive and achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction. Engage in product knowledge and any other training assigned. An effective Front-End Associate handles and counts money accurately. 

A Front-end Associate must be willing to work alongside other associates to get the job done. Performing duties with an enthusiastic positive and supportive attitude is essential, act professional and have a professional appearance. 

A Front-end Associate is responsible for greeting customers, answering phones and a high level of store cleanliness, merchandising presentation and every customer/every time, has an exceptional experience.

The Sales Associate participates in the operation of the entire store. Responsible for supporting and participating in complete day-to-day operation of the store, takes action quickly, makes sound decisions, self-starting sees what needs to be done and acts upon, communicates openly and honestly with all. 

Working with the Store Management team to drive and achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction. Engage in product knowledge and any other training assigned. An effective Sales Associate works with Managers to help with profitability, identifies sales opportunities and upholds customer service standards. A Sales Associate must be willing to work alongside other associates to get the job done.

The duties of the Supervisor position are to be performed by demonstrating and encouraging 1610 Hardwares core values in order to achieve our vision of being Hardware Different, the best place to work and the best place to shop. 

The Supervisor participates in the operation of the entire store. Responsible for supporting and participating in complete day-to-day operation of the store, takes action quickly, makes sound decisions, self-starting sees what needs to be done and acts upon, leads by example and sets pace for all, communicates openly and honestly with all. 

Working with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive and achieve sales goals, customer satisfaction, develop skills, product knowledge, training and development of staff. 

An effective Supervisor ensures productivity and works with Managers to help with profitability, identifies sales opportunities and upholds customer service standards. The Supervisor must have skills to help associates achieve store goals and must be willing to work alongside associates to get the job done.
